- Paul, along with his wife Liza, are the co-founders of Complete Coaching Ltd, an holistic health and performance based fitness company. Based at their gymnasium and studios in Wanstead, east London, Complete Coaching offer an holistic approach to health and fitness as well as a much more performance based approach for serious athletes. The Complete Studio is also a centre of excellence for pre and post natal health and fitness as well as offering classes and treatments. Paul, a former athlete himself, has extensive experience having trained and studied alongside some of the best coaches in the UK and the US and offers a no nonsense, sometimes frank, but always results based approach to optimal athletic performance. Liza hails from a dance and retail background, has studied with the Pilates Institute in the UK and is a member of the pre and post natal guild of exercise professionals.
