A huuuuuge thank you to all who turned up for our joint open weekend, held in conjunction with Riverford Organics. I think you'll all agree it was fantastic to open the doors of the studio and showcase not only what we do but also the wonderful produce Riverford deliver week after week.
It was also wonderful to welcome Riverford's head of farming Luke King to the studio. I have a lot of time for those people who exude passion for what they do, and it's evident in the whole Riverford team but especially Luke whose knowledge of all things organic is outstanding.
To be honest, the Complete team spent most of the day hanging around Frank the chef picking up tips but most importantly eating his creations..... I never realised the variations you can come up with with a bit of swiss chard, garlic, and olive oil!!
So it goes without saying a big thank you to Luke, Nick, Allison, and Frank for taking the time to come along to our open weekend, displaying their food, cooking for everyone who came in (and there were a few!!), and spending time with everyone who asked all manner of questions about organic produce. All that know me know my views on the subject and I'm just glad that so many more people are now thinking, ordering, and eating whole, clean, natural organic produce.
