- Paul, along with his wife Liza, are the co-founders of Complete Coaching Ltd, an holistic health and performance based fitness company. Based at their gymnasium and studios in Wanstead, east London, Complete Coaching offer an holistic approach to health and fitness as well as a much more performance based approach for serious athletes.
